These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the DosePen mobile application ("the App") provided by Xadrez Inverso LDA, operating as FATFIRE Apps ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
DosePen is a personal health tracking tool designed to help users log GLP-1 medication doses, track weight, monitor side effects, and visualize progress. The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple device that you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
The App offers a one-time lifetime premium purchase that provides access to premium features. The purchase is processed through your Apple ID account and managed entirely by Apple.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Since this is a one-time purchase, there are no recurring charges or renewals.
Prices may vary by region and are displayed in your local currency in the App Store. Refund requests must be directed to Apple.
You retain ownership of any content you create within the App, including health logs and notes. This content is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to us. We have no access to, and assume no responsibility for, your user-created content.
The App, including its design, code, graphics, text, and all other materials, is owned by Xadrez Inverso LDA and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App, nor may you reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code.
DosePen is a personal tracking tool. It is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your healthcare provider before making changes to your medication or treatment plan. If you experience a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.
The App does not recommend medications, dosages, or treatment protocols. All data displayed is based solely on information you enter.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Xadrez Inverso LDA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
